This is me
The first time you meet me, you’ll probably call me Michelle. It will quickly evolve to Chelle, Chelle Belle, Shelby or Belle.
I’ve spent more than 25 years working across the marketing communications and events industries, collaborating with some of the most talented marketers, creatives and event producers in the business. Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to remarkable brand transformations, as well as leading and supporting both global and local marketing, PR and event campaigns.
Working across digital marketing and live events allows me to fully indulge my love of storytelling and creating unforgettable experiences. I’m passionate about bringing ideas to life — whether that’s through compelling content, immersive events or thoughtfully executed campaigns.
I believe deeply in the power of collaboration, strong teamwork and well-crafted communication. When dynamic creative thinking is combined with strategy and purpose, it creates meaningful experiences that connect brands and people. Because people don’t just buy products or services — they buy into relationships, stories and the way those experiences make them feel. Creating that human connection is at the heart of everything I do.
Today, much of my work happens behind the scenes, partnering with brands and agencies as a consultant. I can work directly with clients on project delivery or seamlessly integrate as an extension of your agency or internal team — adapting easily to suit each environment.
I’m available on a project-by-project basis, for one-off campaigns, or as ongoing support as your Virtual or In Real Life Marketing Manager. I travel locally, nationally and internationally for clients.
